Greetings SEMBOIA members and friends! The SEMBOIA board hope you had a great summer and wanted to welcome you back to our "24-25" educational year. On September 18th our regularly scheduled monthly class will resume. This will be a joint meeting with the Detroit AIA members. Please register early for this ICC instructed class on the transition into the 2021 IBC code since we are expecting a large turnout between the two groups. This will be an all day in person event. Doors will open by 8am. Lunch will be served at noon. Business meeting will begin at 12:45pm after lunch.

Payment of $50 for non-members must be received no later than Friday, Sept. 13th @ 12 noon.
Registrations for all attendees must be received by Monday, Sept. 16th @ 12 noon.
